Flushing your computer's DNS cache may resolve DNS issues that are preventing you from loading websites.
Windows Vista / Windows 7: Click on the Windows start menu and type "cmd" into the "Search programs and files" field. Hit enter on your keyboard to run the program.
Windows XP:
Step 1: Click on Start, select Run,
Step 2: Type "cmd" in the "Open:" field and click OK.
To flush your computer's DNS cache in Windows, use the following command in a Command Prompt window: ipconfig /flushdns
After flushing your local DNS cache, close and re-open your web browser and try loading the website again.
