Active services in Hover are automatically renewed using the billing information on file in your account. It is important to keep your billing information up-to-date to prevent service disruptions.
Select the Billing tab then click on Billing Info.
Billing Info will expand and display the billing contact and credit card details currently on file.
To help prevent fraudlent use of credit cards, we verify your billing information by sending it to the credit card company when changes are made. It is important that the name and address entered match the information you have on file with your credit card company or bank.
After updating your contact or credit card details, click on Save.
Canceling services will prevent automatic renewals, and will also stop our system from sending renewal reminders. Follow the steps below to cancel services for a domain or email address.
Select the List of Domains tab then click on the domain or email address that you want to have canceled.
Go to the Billing tab then click on the plus next to Account Details.
Click on Cancel.
Click Proceed.
Click OK.
Automatic renewals for the services have been canceled and you will no longer be sent renewal notices.
A confirmation message will be displayed confirming that the domain has been cancelled.
