First click on Tools and then Accounts.

Click on Add to start creating the account.

Select the account type "E-mail Account" and click next.

Enter your name and click Next.

Enter in your email address and click next.

Select IMAP as the server type and enter mail.hover.com for incoming mail and outgoing mail. Make sure you have checked off "Outgoing server requires authentication" then click Next.

Enter your full email address as the "E-mail username" and enter your password then click Next.

Click Finish.

You will be brought back to the list of your accounts, double click on the mail.hover.com account.

Click on the Advanced tab. Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) port from 25 to 465. Check off "this server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for both Outgoing and Incoming mail.

Click Apply then click OK to save your settings.

Close Internet Accounts. Your account is now configured! You will see the account show up at mail.hover.com on the left side of Windows Mail.
