Signature

Signatures automatically insert a standard footer at the bottom of all outgoing email messages. This lesson explains how to set up a signature in webmail.

Create A Signature

Select Mail under the Settings Category then click on the Signature tab.

Type in the signature in the text box, put a check next to "Enable signature" then click on Save.

The signature now appears automatically when composing a new email.

how can you change the font inside signature box.
I would like also to insert my logo image also, How?

@Alan - It is possible to use HTML fonts in the signature. I found the following website that may help you use HTML to customize your signature fonts: http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/html_fonts.asp
