The Safe Sender List and Blocked Sender List in webmail each have a limit of 300 entries. If you receive a "Please validate your information and try your request again" error when trying to add additional email addresses to the Safe Sender List is because you have exceeded the entry limit.

If you encounter this problem you should consider revising your list to make space for new entries.
