Visit http://www.melbourneit.com.au and click on the Log In link.

Log in with your account username and password.

Click on Manage Domain Names.

Click on the domain name to be transferred.

Under the Overview section, check whether Private Registration is set to Active. Click on Active to toggle off domain privacy.

The Private Registration service is now set to Suspended.
