Visit http://www.melbourneit.com.au and click on the Log In link.

Log in with your account username and password.

Click on Manage Domain Names.

Click on the domain name to be transferred.

Under the Overview section check whether the Lock Status is set to Locked. If your domain is locked, click on Lock/Unlock Domain.

Click Unlock Domain.

The domain is now unlocked.
