Visit http://www.joker.com and log in with your account email address and password.

Click on the keys icon to modify the domain name that is being transferred.

Check whether your domain is locked under the Domain Information section. If your domain is locked it will need to be unlocked to be transferred.

Scroll down to the section titled Utilities and click on Switch off domain protection.

Click on Unprotect Domain.

The domain name has been unlocked. It may take several minutes to be updated.
