After your transfer request has been initiated, log into your administrative email account and look for a "Transfer From Melbourne IT - Confirmation required" email message. Click on the first link in the message. This will take you to a Melbourne IT website where you can approve or reject your transfer request.

Scroll down to the Accept section and click on Proceed with this Transfer. Your transfer should be complete within a few days.

After your transfer has been completed, you will receive a Congrats! email like the one above.
