Visit http://www.dotster.com/login/ and log in with your dotster username and password.

Click on the domain name to be transferred.

Scroll down to the Services for this Domain section. If the Domain Locking Transfer Lock is Active, click on Manage.

Click on Unlock.

You will receive a confirmation message that your domain lockdown was successfully updated.
