Step 1: Disable Domain Privacy

This tutorial will show you how to disable domain privacy at Moniker.

Visit https://www.moniker.com and log in with your account username or account number and password.

Click on My Domains.

Put a check next to the domain name being transferred and then click on Contacts.

If your registration is set to PRIVATE click on the domain name.

Type your real email address in the text box, put a check next to Change to Non-Private Contact, and then click Save.

Select Create a New Registrant Contact and fill out the fields with your name, address, email, and telephone contact details.

Under Administrative Contact, select Use Registrant (Above).

The Billing and Technical Contacts do not affect the outcome of a domain transfer. You can leave them as is, set them to use the registrant contact details, or enter custom information. When all of your contacts are filled in, scroll down and click on Save.

You will receive a message that the domain has been updated successfully and "PRIVACY" should no longer appear under the Registrant and Admin. It may take up to 24 hours for these changes to take effect.
