Visit https://sitecontrol.domainpeople.com and log in with your DomainPeople username and password.

Click on the Domain Name icon.

Click on the Edit link for the domain name to be transferred.

Check the Domain Lock status. If the domain is locked, click on Edit.

Select Unlocked and click on Update Now.
